Availability inquiries

When you submit an inquiry, we collect the contact details, stay dates and preferences you choose to provide. We use these details to respond, discuss availability and arrange the next steps with you. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing.

Storage and staff access

Requests are stored using our hosting and database providers, copied to a private spreadsheet our team works from, and made available to authorized staff. We keep inquiry records while they are needed for responding and property operations. Contact us to request correction or deletion of your inquiry information.

Website measurement

We record basic interactions such as call-button clicks, text-button clicks and successful form submissions to understand website performance. These records do not include your name, phone, email or message.

We also use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) pixel, which use cookies to measure visits and the effectiveness of our ads. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on, and manage Meta ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings. The staff area of the website is not tracked.

External services

Maps, reviews, telephone and text links open or use third-party services. Their privacy practices apply when you use those services.
