Queen and king rooms, rooms with two queen or two full beds, and family suites. Kitchenettes with more cooking space are in select room types, and each layout's rates are on its room page.
Rent by the week or month
Weekly from $240, two weeks from $440, monthly from $799, with no lease and no credit check. Stays of 30 days or more don't pay hotel taxes.

People relocating for work, new hires house-hunting, families between homes or displaced by repairs, and anyone who needs a place for weeks or months without buying furniture.

Is Wi-Fi included?
Yes. Wi-Fi and utilities are included in every room's rate.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes. Up to 2 cats or dogs are welcome for $15 a week or $50 a month each, with no pet deposit.
Do all rooms have a kitchen?
Every room has a full-size fridge and a microwave. Kitchenettes are in select room types; ask which ones are open.
