A valid government-issued photo ID for each adult and payment for your first week or month. Ask our team about any deposit before you come, so you know exactly what's due.
Pay as you go
Pay weekly from $240, every two weeks from $440, or monthly from $799. There's no 12-month commitment. Stays of 30 days or more don't pay hotel taxes.
Bills and furniture included
Every room comes furnished, with Wi-Fi, utilities, a smart TV, a full-size refrigerator and a microwave. No utility deposits, no internet to set up and no furniture to buy.
A place to land while you get settled
Guests stay here while they save, wait on a home purchase, start a new job or rebuild after a move. Extend before your stay ends, subject to availability.

Do you check credit?
No. We don't run credit checks for weekly or monthly stays.
What do I need to bring?
