Book a month at a time, from $799. Before each month ends, tell us whether you're staying another month; extensions depend on availability, so ask early.
What a short apartment lease doesn't include
Apartments usually want an application, a credit check, a deposit and a 12-month lease, then separate utility bills and furniture. Every room comes furnished, with Wi-Fi, utilities, a smart TV, a full-size refrigerator and a microwave. We don't run credit checks. Stays of 30 days or more don't pay hotel taxes.
Who it suits
People between homes, new hires still house-hunting, families displaced by repairs, travel nurses and contractors on open-ended jobs.
Choosing a room for a month or more
Monthly guests often pick a king room or a two-bed room for space. Kitchenettes, with more cooking room, are in select room types.

Do I sign a lease?
No. You book a month at a time and can extend before the month ends, subject to availability.
Is there a credit check?
No credit check is required. Bring a photo ID for each adult and payment for your first month, and ask the office about any deposit.
Can I switch rooms between months?
Ask the office. Room changes depend on what's open and need staff confirmation.
